If we are unable to help ourselves, we are usually able to signpost you to someone who can help. We use deaf and hearing staff all of whom who can use British Sign Language.
Who can use the service ?
Deaf Connexions Open Door Sessions are open to Norfolk people who are deaf or hard of hearing who need information or support.

Norwich Deaf Community Centre
Johnson Place, Norwich
Every Tuesday 10.00am – 12.00pm
Every Thursday 10.00am –12.00pm
Norfolk Coastal Centre for Independent Living
Woodfarm Road, Gorleston
Every Wednesday 10.00am -12 noon
We also attend the Suffolk Deaf Association’s Coffee Morning in Lowestoft on the last Thursday of the month, 10-12.
We are also involved in events such as road shows and exhibitions throughout the county. If you are unable to get to our Open Door sessions, you can contact us by telephone, or fax, text or minicom or email and we will attend to your query at the next session.
