Who can use the service ? Deaf connexions Open Door Information Sessions are open to people who are deaf or hard of hearing who are experiencing problems with their hearing, and who need information or support. What can the service provide ? People who are deaf or hard of hearing sometimes find everyday tasks difficult. For example :

	Listening to TV or radio
	Hearing the phone ring
	Understanding letters and forms
	Accessing benefits information
	Making an appointment

Deaf Connexions have arranged a number of places throughout the county where staff are available to offer support and information about services and equipment that is available.

Johnson Place, Norwich
Tuesdays 11.30am – 2.00pm
Thursdays 9.00am – 12 noon
