'NVQ EVIDENCE COLLECTION DAY' THURSDAY 5th AUGUST 2010
Exercise session aimed at Communication Support Workers, Junior and Trainee Interpreters Aimed for anyone who is studying towards their NVQ level 3 or 4 in interpreting/language or postgraduate degree or other interpreting courses. They will be providing Deaf actors so they can help out with completing NVQ/any
portfolios (with a qualified assessor present too). Each clip is maximum of 5 - 7 minutes. Maximum 4 clips per day.These can be either:· Solo pieces (voiced over) like a presentation
· 1:1 work · Group work. You will need to bring your own blank media to record on/own camera if preferred. This will be led by the candidates to assist with evidence collection!
Cost: Three options to choose one from:-
Option one: £88.13 per person (session only) £76.38 for ASLI and ACSW members
Option two: £102.83 (for breakfast, lunch and drinks all day! Why not join them for breakfast beforehand?)
Option three: £98.12 per person (for lunch and drinks all day!)
ALL COSTS INCLUSIVE OF VAT (17.5%)
Time: 10am to 4pm (9.30am start for those wanting breakfast)
